Your Boxing Journey
Beginner (0–18 months)
Learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and feel comfortable in the gym.
Intermediate (9–24 months)
Develop combinations, movement, conditioning, and ring awareness.
Advanced (2–3 years)
Refine your style, take on challenges, mentor others, and represent the gym.
Progression is based on consistency, skill, and coach guidance — not rushing.
Our kids program brings fundamentals, fitness, and friendly sparring to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense— inspiring your child to become a young leader.
Our goal is to teach teens the discipline and structure boxing demands while inspiring hard work, academic growth, and confidence in their future. We are more than a program—we are a support system where teens can excel athletically and socially.
Although classes are divided into Boxing Conditioning and Fundamentals, both focus on skill development and fitness. In Boxing Conditioning, adults experience fundamentals, controlled sparring drills, and high-energy workouts, while Fundamentals classes focus on learning the basics of boxing to better understand the sport.
Family Boxing gives parents the opportunity to work out alongside their children, sharing the drills, workouts, and energy of a Keystone Boxing class. Parents can participate for free while training with their kids.
